In particular, ensure that students have enough textbooks, learning materials and other essential conditions, and that no student is unable to go to school due to difficult circumstances.
Schools need to proactively coordinate with publishers, organizations, and textbook suppliers in the area, ensuring quality, "absolutely not allowing delays or shortages of textbooks and learning materials when the new school year begins".
