Previously, this company dismissed Ms. Tran Thi Rong from the position of general director and legal representative since August 8. Similarly, the Board of Directors of Asia- Pacific Securities Corporation (stock code APS) announced the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan as general director, legal representative, and person in charge of corporate governance from August 9. The company dismissed Mr. Nguyen Do Lang from the position of general director and dismissed Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh from the position of chief accountant on the same day.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan joined APS Securities in 2009 as a securities services employee. In 2020, Mr. Quan was appointed as the director of the company's securities trading division.
