A Chinese Coast Guard fleet entered the Arctic for the first time on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of China-Russia diplomatic relations.

KYODO. New Japanese Defense Minister Gen Nakatani expressed concern about the strategic partnership between Russia and China.

NIKKEI. New Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru has not yet asked the Defense Ministry to pursue a proposal to establish an “Asian NATO” version .
