On May 8, thousands of people from many provinces and cities came to Ba Den Mountain (Tay Ninh) to worship the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni.

Since noon on May 8, many people have been present at Ba Den Mountain ( Tay Ninh ) to witness the procession of Buddha Shakyamuni's relics from Thanh Tam Pagoda (HCMC) here.

This event attracted thousands of people from many provinces and cities across the country to Tay Ninh province to worship Buddha's relics. According to the representative of Ba Den Mountain Tourist Area, on May 8 alone, more than 10,000 people went to the mountain to attend the ceremony.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, Acting Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee shared: "The enshrinement of Buddha's relics from India - a treasure of all mankind in the 2025 Vesak Festival not only creates an opportunity for the people of Tay Ninh province to receive blessings from the cradle of world Buddhism, but for Tay Ninh province, this is a cultural diplomatic event of great significance, contributing to spreading the message of solidarity between nations."
