In the first phase, the service is deployed on Airbus A350 wide-body aircraft equipped with Viasat (USA) satellite Internet connection system, in cooperation with partner VNPT . The technology allows passengers to access the network at a stable and safe speed, similar to some 5-star international airlines.

On international flights, passengers can choose from three data packages: Unlimited texting package ($5/flight), one-hour web browsing package ($10) and unlimited web browsing package ($20/flight). Business class passengers are given free web browsing package for the entire flight; all passengers are given an additional 15 minutes of free texting via Zalo, Viber, WhatsApp, etc.
For domestic flights, the payment system is being finalized and will be deployed for service sales soon.
