According to ABC News, the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said that a Beechcraft 300 ambulance plane crashed on the afternoon of August 5 (local time) while landing at Chinle Airport, Arizona, USA.

The Navajo Police Department said the plane was en route to pick up a patient at a nearby hospital at the time of the crash.
"All four people on board the plane died," police said.

Police said the twin-propeller plane was owned by CSI Aviation, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the cause of the crash. All access to the airport has been temporarily closed pending the investigation.

"The accident is a tragic loss for the families of those on board, as well as the medical and emergency response community. We extend our deepest condolences to their families and loved ones," police said.
