Through the management company DJ Management, Coach Park Hang-seo has officially confirmed to become the full advisor for the young but potential team - FC Bac Ninh .

On its official website, Coach Park Hang-seo's management company, DJ Management, confirmed that the Korean coach has completed the procedures to become a comprehensive advisor of FC Bac Ninh. Accordingly, in the role of advisor, Mr. Park will decide to provide the necessary technical and administrative know-how for Bac Ninh FC to develop into a professional football team. Coach Park Hang-seo said: "After the contract expires (with VFF - PV), I try to contribute to the development of Vietnamese football in response to the affection I have received in Vietnam. First, I founded the Park Hang-seo International Football Academy and am currently training many promising players. FC Bac Ninh is my second project".

FC Bac Ninh is a newly established football team, expected to prepare to participate in the national second-tier tournament in 2024. The Quan Ho football team is considered an emerging giant of Vietnamese football. FC Bac Ninh has shown its ambition by inviting coach Park Hang-seo as an advisor, in addition to nurturing a "huge" plan, when committing to spend a huge amount of money, millions of USD, to operate the team. With a large investment, FC Bac Ninh is renovating Tu Son Stadium to make it its home ground and plans to establish its own youth training center. In which, coach Park Hang-seo will take on the role of guiding the future, supporting youth training and operating the club according to international standards.

The goal of this brand new team is to participate in the highest football tournament in Vietnam, V-League. The team is being led by former SLNA Club head coach Ngo Quang Truong .
To prepare for the new season, the team will recruit a number of players with experience playing in the V-League such as former Vietnam national team player Dao Duy Khanh (who played for Quang Nam , Quang Ninh , Hanoi and Hai Phong clubs). In addition, former SLNA club captain Nguyen Quang Tinh also played for FC Bac Ninh.
