In the dispatch, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs requested the Department of Overseas Labor Management to direct businesses sending workers to work at Minh Duong Company to send permanent representatives to the hospital to coordinate timely treatment and protect the health of workers.
At the same time, coordinate with partners and employers to encourage, stabilize the psychology, arrange accommodation and daily living expenses for employees; transfer employers and factories for employees (if needed) in case the factory cannot arrange jobs.
The leaders of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs requested the Department of Overseas Labor Management to coordinate with the Overseas Employment Support Fund to implement support policies for workers and businesses in accordance with the law.

The Vietnamese Labor Management Board in Taiwan (China) coordinates with employers, employment service companies, relevant agencies of Taiwan (China) and hospitals to actively treat and protect the health of workers.
The Ministry also requested the Overseas Employment Support Fund to proactively research and propose policies to support workers and businesses affected by the fire in accordance with the law.
Coordinate with businesses, the Department of Overseas Labor Management, and the Vietnamese Labor Management Board in Taiwan (China) to carry out necessary procedures and provide timely support to injured or unemployed workers who must return home (if any) in accordance with the law.
