The project creates convenient traffic connections with the Central Party Office villa area, Tay Ho Palace, solving traffic congestion during holidays, Tet, National Assembly sessions, and Party Congresses.
The project gradually completes the traffic infrastructure of the Quang An peninsula area according to the approved plan, develops the local socio-economic and tourism sectors; creates a civilized and modern street.
