Hoang Nam Tien - The one who sows seeds of kindness and the desire to serve

Among millions of content continuously updated on social networking platforms, the farewell lines for Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, Vice Chairman of FPT University Council, former Chairman of FPT Software, FPT Telecom (FPT Group) did not appear as a fleeting highlight, but rather it was the deep sorrow of the community for a Vietnamese talent and intelligence with great aspirations to serve the nation that were still unfinished.

He is not only good at technology, but his way of speaking and thinking deeply understands the history of the nation, making me love and appreciate the two words Vietnam even more, especially the overseas Vietnamese community like us, we learn a lot from him about love for our homeland.”

Nguyen Phuoc Vuong (27 years old, organic chemistry engineer, living in Vuon Lai ward, Ho Chi Minh City) shared: “My friends and I attended a few talks by Uncle Tien and learned about his passionate story. Our group is also international students who have returned to the country for nearly a year now. His way of communicating makes us confident and proud when stepping into the international environment. Uncle Tien once said: “The hand that can hold chopsticks to eat rice can also type on the keyboard. The hand that can pull the trigger can also click on the mouse”, which I really like. Our country may be small in area, but our people have never been small”.
