Students of Gia Cam Secondary School learn about Hung King period artifacts displayed at the Hung King Museum.

Director of Hung Vuong Museum Ngo Duc Quy said: History lessons at the museum are organized to propagate and promote to students about historical traditions, cultural heritage, especially two representative intangible heritages of humanity "Hung Vuong worship" and " Phu Tho Xoan singing" through the thematic exhibition "Hung Vuong culture in the flow of Red River civilization" and artifacts displayed at the museum, watching documentaries, organizing experiential activities, watching performances and practicing Xoan singing, participating in folk games at the museum.

On the opening day of the exhibition "Hung King Culture in the flow of Red River civilization", 150 students of Gia Cam Secondary School (Viet Tri city) learned about artifacts from the pre-Hung King period and the Hung King period, typical images and artifacts of the Phung Nguyen, Dong Dau, Go Mun, Dong Son cultures, important traces in the process of formation and construction of the first state of the Vietnamese people - the Van Lang state. At the same time, they learned about the history of the country and culture through the exhibition complexes, the cultural heritages of the Ancestral Land, the great victories in the resistance war against the French in Phu Tho... Not only directly viewing and listening to explanations about the images and artifacts displayed at the museum, the students also interacted and answered questions with the tour guide related to the artifacts to better understand each historical period... thereby contributing to raising the awareness and responsibility of the young generation towards the cultural heritage of the nation.

In particular, these are the first students to watch the documentary "Hung Vuong Era" produced with full HD technology, using 3D effects with general content about the Hung Vuong era from when the Hung Kings founded the country, built the country and defended the country, vividly expressed through legendary stories associated with the Hung Vuong era. The screening of this documentary is of great significance in helping viewers have a new, more vivid and easier-to-understand approach to the traditions and culture of the Vietnamese people, while contributing to the propaganda, promotion, raising awareness and responsibility of the community in preserving and promoting the cultural and historical values that our ancestors left behind, further spreading the value of the two representative intangible cultural heritages of humanity, "Hung Vuong Worship" and "Phu Tho Xoan Singing".

Ta Gia Han - a student of class 7A3, Gia Cam Secondary School shared: When watching the documentary "The Hung Kings Era", I feel more proud of my nation's history. The images in the film are very beautiful, the content is easy to understand and attractive, helping us understand more about the traditions and culture of the Vietnamese nation.

In April, Hung Vuong Museum continues to coordinate with schools to organize History Classes at the museum to help students have a new, more vivid and easier-to-understand approach to history, creating interest and love for this subject. At the same time, it contributes to continuing to improve the effectiveness of traditional education, arousing national pride, fostering patriotic traditions, and raising the sense of responsibility of the community in preserving and promoting the cultural and historical values that our ancestors left behind.
