This year, the Academy of Journalism and Communication has 4 main admission methods.
Specifically, the method of considering academic records accounts for 20% of the target, considering the results of high school study for 6 semesters. For journalism and publishing, the average score of the literature subject will be calculated and multiplied by a coefficient of 2.
Similarly, history majors multiply their history scores by a factor of 2. Communication and international relations majors multiply their English scores by a factor of 2.
In the combined admission method, the school reserves 30% of its quota for candidates with an international English certificate equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher, a minimum SAT certificate of 1,200/1,600 and an average score of 7.0 for 6 semesters of high school.
In the method of considering high school graduation exam scores, the school reserves 50%. Candidates with international English certificates will use the converted certificate scores to replace the English subject in the admission combination.
