The project is implemented together with Hoi An City Youth Union, Hoi An City Culture, Sports and Information Center and the companionship of Wemaster, Hoianlife as well as associations and businesses in Hoi An.

The program aims to realize the goal of developing Hoi An into a creative, inclusive and people-centered city.

The program, which runs until the end of July 2025, combines theory, field experience, dialogue with artisans, businesses and teamwork, thereby developing skills in global citizenship, community project management and social media.

The program aims to train a generation of young citizens to apply systematic and creative thinking to solve local social problems, in the context of globalization taking place in the daily life of the heritage city.

At the heart of the programme is a global citizenship skillset, delivered within the “Magical Leaders” training framework, developed by Zeeko Education (Ireland) and supported globally by Enterprise Ireland.

In Vietnam, the program has been piloted in Vietnamese by the Institute of Educational Technology (CGD) and officially transferred and trained by Wemaster from 2024.

Students participating in the program will learn how to apply leadership skills to build initiatives to support sustainable development for traditional craft villages such as Kim Bong, Thanh Ha, Tra Que...

At the same time, the program opens up opportunities to access diverse creative ecosystems in Hoi An such as the Firewood Village of artisan Le Ngoc Thuan, the Rebirth Workshop of painter Nguyen Quoc Dan..., where Vietnamese culture and materials are conveyed through contemporary art and open creative thinking.

At the end of the program, students will present their projects and initiatives to businesses and experts. Through this program, Hoi An continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to investing in the young generation who will lead and create a creative, inclusive and sustainable urban area in the future.
