During 2 days (October 15-16), the Cao Bang Provincial Women's Union organized a training conference on "Skills in planning and developing startup idea proposals in 2024" for 70 members and women with startup ideas from 10 districts and cities.
The training content focuses on activities to support economic empowerment for women of the Women's Union at all levels; Project to support women in starting a business; Project to support cooperatives managed by women, creating jobs for female workers; Guidance on livelihood development, job creation, income increase, economic development for women with ideas to start a business, start innovative businesses; Personal financial management in family economic development; Guidance on planning for livestock, crop cultivation, production and economic development; Writing proposals for ideas to start a business.

In addition to the theoretical part, the members and women participating in the training class were divided into groups, from which specific situations were presented to discuss and practically analyze the problems encountered in the start-up process of the members and women.
