In particular, many models of following Uncle Ho's example continue to be maintained, expanded and promoted effectively, linking the implementation of the emulation movement "Building Quang Tri women of the new era" with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, and cultivating the moral qualities of "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty and responsibility".
Some notable results include: mobilizing over 15.6 billion VND to support women and children in difficult circumstances in the province; organizing 343 vocational training classes, helping 8,869 women members complete training and receive certificates; training 442 female entrepreneurs on business administration, project development, capital access and gender mainstreaming in business; introducing jobs to more than 2,100 women...
In addition, management activities and effective use of entrusted and unsecured capital have been promoted with a total outstanding loan balance of over VND 2,173 billion, supporting more than 45,000 women to borrow to develop production and business.
Over the past 5 years, 1,083 outstanding women's groups and individuals in various fields have been discovered, promoted and commended, of which 237 groups and 542 individuals have been commended by the Women's Union at all levels and recommended for commendation at all levels.

Regarding the implementation of the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union in conjunction with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the Women's Union at all levels in the province have implemented synchronously with many creative contents. Thereby achieving many positive results, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the locality.
Specifically, in the past 15 years, the association at all levels has built 265 "Shelters of Love" for poor women worth over 8 billion VND; mobilized resources to support loans for 10 families of women's association members to build and renovate flood-proof houses; mobilized internal resources from women's association members to support poor women (money, working days, interest-free loans) to develop the economy with a total amount of over 32 billion VND; sponsored 2,238 households to escape poverty; disseminated information to 123,366 women about environmental protection, mobilized 62,944 households to classify waste at source, built more than 3,000 hygienic toilets worth 12 billion VND...
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the results achieved, sharing experiences and contributing many enthusiastic opinions to further promote the effectiveness of movements and campaigns, encouraging members and women to unite and make efforts to overcome difficulties, actively participate in socio-economic development, contributing to promoting the progress and comprehensive development of women in the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in the coming time.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2021-2025.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union awarded certificates of merit to 49 typical examples at the 7th provincial level, period 2021-2025; 22 typical examples with achievements in implementing the campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" participating in building new rural areas, period 2010-2025 and 14 typical examples with many achievements in implementing Project 01 "Supporting cooperatives managed by women, creating jobs for female workers by 2030".
The Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union awarded certificates of merit to 6 full-time union officials at all levels for their outstanding achievements in implementing union activities and women's movements in 2024.
