At the conference, businesses and investors exchanged information on production and business activities in the first two months of 2025; at the same time, they recommended that the province and relevant agencies pay attention to supporting and removing difficulties and obstacles in legal matters and administrative procedures related to site clearance, materials for filling urban projects, facilitating access to capital sources, procedures for adjusting total investment and project implementation time, procedures for granting environmental licenses, etc.
Based on the recommendations of enterprises, representatives of relevant departments and branches specifically answered the recommendations and questions; provided guidance on policies and laws and proposed solutions and directions to remove difficulties of enterprises.
Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.
Concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions of enterprises and investors; at the same time, he emphasized that the province always accompanies enterprises, creating conditions for enterprises to operate most effectively. He also requested departments, branches and localities to enhance their responsibility to take action faster and more effectively in removing obstacles that enterprises have proposed, creating changes in direction and management; prioritize timely removal of difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks in investment, land and environmental policies. It is necessary to further promote the spirit of proactively resolving difficulties and recommendations of enterprises early, at the grassroots level, with methods, connecting relevant focal units; strengthen dialogue, listen, grasp information, share difficulties of enterprises, not allowing obstacles to persist. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that enterprises promote their role and responsibility, proactively coordinate with relevant departments, branches, units and localities to receive support to promptly resolve difficulties and problems.
