The Draft Regulation consists of 4 Chapters and 27 Articles, of which the scope of regulation includes 5 articles and clauses of the 2024 Land Law and 16 articles and clauses of Decree 88/2024/ND-CP of the Government regulating compensation, support and resettlement when the State acquires land. The development and promulgation of regulations are of great significance, ensuring the timely, synchronous, unified, effective and efficient implementation of the 2024 Land Law and Decree 88/2024/ND-CP of the Government, meeting the requirements and aspirations of the People and the work of land management and use, serving the goals of socio -economic development.
Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee spoke at the conference.
At the conference, delegates highly agreed on the necessity and urgency of issuing regulations; at the same time, they contributed opinions and criticism on a number of contents related to policies, compensation and resettlement support levels suitable for the subjects and practices of each region and locality; calculated factors to ensure the rights of people when their land is recovered; handled remaining land after recovery; needed to ensure the stability and longevity of regulations when issued...
In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the rich and quality contributions and opinions from the delegates; the careful investment in the content of the drafting agency. On that basis, he requested the drafting agency to absorb and select opinions to supplement and complete the quality draft; pay attention to the dissemination and propaganda work so that people and society clearly understand the regulations and policies on compensation, support and resettlement, aiming at the viewpoint of ensuring people's living standards equal to or better than before land acquisition.
