National target programs have also achieved remarkable results, especially the annual poverty reduction rate in ethnic minority areas of over 3%, meeting the set target. In addition to pointing out the achievements, the Draft Political Report also frankly and clearly points out the shortcomings, limitations and causes in the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Along with that, members also said that the Draft Political Report is still quite long and needs to be more concise and condensed. In addition, some indicators also need to be clarified and adjusted. In particular, indicators related to the district level need to be adjusted because the spirit of the whole country will abolish the district level, so they are no longer suitable. The indicators of new rural communes and advanced new rural communes also need to be reasonably adjusted because communes will be merged in the near future, so it is necessary to review the practical situation to set reasonable indicators.

Speaking at the conference, journalist Huynh Kien - Editor-in-Chief of Gia Lai Newspaper, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association said: "Many opinions have shown concern, close and comprehensive monitoring of the political, economic , cultural and social aspects of the province. At the same time, members have enthusiastically contributed ideas, pointed out things that need to be adjusted and supplemented in the Draft Political Report. The opinions will be fully received, synthesized and sent to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to contribute to perfecting the Draft Political Report of the Provincial Party Congress" .

The Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association also predicted that the domestic situation will have many changes in the near future, especially the work of streamlining and arranging the state administrative apparatus and local authorities. Therefore, members also need to closely follow the actual situation, update information regularly to have more quality comments to contribute to the draft political report of the province.
