Attending the training session were nearly 40 members, journalists, reporters from the Associations, Journalists Associations under the Thai Nguyen Provincial Journalists Association; Central Press Representative Office located in the province; reporters from the Centers for Culture, Sports and Communication of districts and cities; Lecturers and students of the Faculty of Journalism, University of Science (Thai Nguyen University).
Journalist Nguyen Bao Lam, member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association , Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, delivered the opening speech at the training course.
The lecturers imparting knowledge are Associate Professor - Doctor Do Thi Thu Hang, Head of the Professional Department of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Master Journalist Nguyen Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Department of Digital Content Production and Development, Vietnam Television.
During the 2-day training course, the trainees were introduced by two lecturers to the criteria for evaluating high-quality journalistic works. The process of creating content and organizing the production of high-quality journalistic products in the groups of genres of print, radio, television and electronic newspapers.
Introduce students to skills in discovering, selecting topics, exploiting and processing information; how to organize information for long-term articles; experience and effective methods to create good journalistic works.
Associate Professor - Doctor Do Thi Thu Hang, Head of the Professional Department of the Vietnam Journalists Association and Master Journalist Nguyen Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Department of Digital Content Production and Development, Vietnam Television are imparting content and knowledge to the students.
In addition, the lecturer also spent a lot of time with the students analyzing press works that won the National Press Awards; press works of provincial press agencies participating in the provincial press awards, the National Press Awards and awards organized by central ministries and branches. In which, they delved into analyzing the advantages, limitations, and solutions to overcome in order to have high-quality press works...
Training is one of the important and regular tasks that the Thai Nguyen Provincial Journalists Association always pays attention to and organizes to improve the professional skills of its members.
