Petrovietnam Sports Festival in the Southern region was a great success

(PetroTimes) - Taking place from June 20-22, the Southern Region Sports Festival 2025 of the Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group was a great success, spreading the spirit of "Healthy to build and protect the Fatherland", uniting union members and workers in a positive, strong-willed and enthusiastic lifestyle. The Sports Festival gathered nearly 1,500 athletes from 25 affiliated Trade Unions, competing in 10 sports: tug of war, badminton, table tennis, athletics, football, pickleball, tennis, swimming, chess and Chinese chess. Throughout the competition, the athletes demonstrated a spirit of honest sportsmanship, solidarity and dedicated competition. Although the time of training together was not long, the teams still entered the competition with smooth coordination, demonstrating the mettle, will and determination of workers in the Industry - Energy sector. Memorable moments, tireless efforts and dedication contributed to creating a meaningful sports festival, spreading positive inspiration throughout Petrovietnam.
