During the past term, the Provincial Construction Association has coordinated with the Department of Construction and related units to organize training for members on legal documents on construction; construction standards and regulations; instructing members on how to make estimates, apply labor coefficients in establishing and adjusting total project investment; participating in the Council for granting practice certificates on construction activities; architectural competitions, activities organized by the Vietnam Construction Association, the Union of Science and Technology Associations; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to discuss documents and participate in scientific seminars. The Association's activities have helped members systematize current legal documents on construction, policies and regimes; current standards and regulations to grasp knowledge to serve the needs in the process of consulting, criticizing and social appraisal; Provide consulting and review of construction investment projects and scientific research topics in fields related to construction activities in the area.
Comrade Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Construction Association, term III.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Phan Tan Canh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged the positive contributions and efforts to overcome difficulties of the Provincial Construction Association in the past time. At the same time, he requested the new Executive Committee of the Association to overcome difficulties to develop programs, action directions, operating regulations, and coordinate to achieve the best results. Continue to attract members, strengthen the association's organization; seek support to promote, introduce, and learn new technologies in construction; conduct research in the specialized field of construction. Construction, expand relationships with professional organizations and construction associations in the region to exchange experiences; organize information, seminars, professional training, guidance, and dissemination of legal documents on construction for members. Actively participate in consulting, reviewing, and appraising investment projects, scientific research topics in fields related to construction activities in the province.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 3rd term, 2023-2028, consisting of 12 members; Mr. Ho Ngoc Tien was elected Chairman of the Provincial Construction Association, term 2023-2028.
