The Phuoc Thuan E-commerce Commune Pilot Model Project includes 3 contents: Training and coaching on packaging, packaging, warehousing, goods transportation, online goods insurance; payment insurance, connecting non-cash payment services, credit solutions based on ensuring e-commerce business results; accessing and applying information technology (IT), digital technology to promote and consume products in cyberspace. With the goal of promoting the application of IT, digital technology, electronic payment tools in commercial activities, buying and selling, exchanging key goods and services of the commune to promote products and sell on social networks, e-commerce platforms, ... thereby, contributing to promoting the consumption of local goods and agricultural products, expanding the market, developing the rural economy , gradually moving towards a smart new rural commune.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the locality and relevant departments and branches to review the contents that need to be focused on implementing the project. Research and adjust the IT software application and project budget accordingly. At the same time, research and select localities that have done well in the project or successfully implemented e-commerce transactions to learn from the model. It is necessary to determine the specific objectives of the model such as goods transactions, administrative management applying IT and select the content that is suitable for local practice to ensure the most effective implementation of the model.
