Meeting to review tasks in preparation for the Provincial Planning Announcement Conference

On April 15, comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to the Service Teams report on the progress of implementing the tasks of preparing for the Conference to announce the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 and promote investment in Ninh Thuan province. Attending the meeting were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Nguyen Long Bien, Le Huyen, Trinh Minh Hoang.

The conference to announce the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 and promote investment in Ninh Thuan province is an important political event of the province in 2024. In addition to announcing the provincial planning decision, the conference also presented investment policy decisions, granted investment registration certificates to enterprises, memorandums of understanding on cooperation and received support from the Provincial Fund for the Poor. Along with that, sideline activities took place such as: Green energy workshop, inauguration of Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway, booth displaying OCOP products. According to the reports of the Content Team, Logistics Team, Communications Team, Security Team, up to now, the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee have been basically completed according to the set schedule.

Concluding the working session, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the proactive spirit and coordination in implementing the work in the past time. In order for the conference to be successful and leave a good impression on the delegates, it is recommended that relevant departments, branches and localities focus on carefully reviewing each content of the program to ensure it is reasonable according to the prescribed time frame; promptly complete the films announcing the provincial planning, investment promotion films and organize the censorship, adjustment and amendment of content before screening at the conference. Confirm the list of delegates; arrange to ensure security forces at traffic intersections of the central delegation; launch a general environmental sanitation campaign, decorate the main roads and conference venues with flags and flowers; strengthen inspection and supervision of food hygiene and safety, arrange suitable accommodation; at the same time pay attention to and focus on the organization of the conference's sideline activities.
