Diego Forlan was born in 1979, is a famous player in Atletico Madrid's shirt and a "notorious" striker of the Uruguay national team. At his peak, Forlan won 2 European Golden Shoes and 1 World Golden Ball.

On his first visit to Vietnam, Diego Forlan was delighted and touched by the warm welcome from the FC ONLINE video game community (soccer simulation). This popular game has accurately simulated Forlan's best qualities, such as speed, strength and his "specialty" of long-range shooting.

"I don't have any secret behind each long-range shot. It's just daily practice. I like to shoot from different distances and with both feet in every training session," Diego Forlan replied when asked about his beautiful long-range shots as a professional player.

Forlan's business trip to Vietnam took place on a tight schedule, lasting less than a day. He arrived in Hanoi at 5am this morning, July 20, and only had about an hour to visit Hanoi and rest before working. At 9pm, Forlan immediately went to the airport to return home.

However, Forlan remained very alert, making fans express their admiration. He said he was used to the high intensity of movement when he was a player.

"I have played for many clubs in many different countries and cultures. Wherever I go, I always try to adapt by enjoying the atmosphere and passion for the ball," said Diego Forlan.

Diego Forlan is also an example of perseverance, playing until the age of 40 before retiring. Leaving Europe in 2012, Forlan went to Brazil and played until 2014, then went to Japan to play for Cerezo Osaka (Dang Van Lam's old team). After that, he played in India and Hong Kong before retiring from football.

"My career has had many ups and downs. The most important thing is that I never gave up. Good football players always train persistently until we achieve important milestones in our careers.

As for young people, enjoy life and do your best in whatever field you pursue, whether it is football, business or any other profession," Diego Forlan shared inspirationally.
