iOS 18.1 brings the first features of Apple Intelligence such as: Writing Tools, Reduce Interruptions, notification summaries, writing tools to edit and rewrite text, smarter Siri, cleaning in the Photos app... and is expected to be officially released in October.

Currently, iOS 18 public beta 1 does not have Genmoji or ChatGPT integrated but it will be coming soon, possibly in iOS 18.2.

Users can download the update by: going to Settings - Software update - Public beta option.

Note: Apple Intelligence features require a compatible device. If you're using an older iPhone to install iOS 18.1 beta 1, you won't be able to access any of the AI capabilities.

Devices supported by AI feature include: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 16 series.
