On the morning of January 5, Quang Lam commune (Dam Ha) held the opening ceremony of Quang Lam Market to promote and introduce OCOP products, typical products of the commune, attract tourists, and promote local tourism services.
Participating in the Quang Lam Fair are 30 booths of villages and organizations, individuals doing business inside and outside the commune. The booths display and introduce OCOP products, typical agricultural products, food, typical medicinal herbs and traditional craft products. The booths are designed and decorated to reflect the cultural identity of the local people. At the fair, there are also folk games and cultural activities, performances recreating customs and practices to attract tourists to visit and explore the traditional culture of the local people.
Coming to Quang Lam Highland Market, people and tourists not only visit the stalls, experience and explore the multi-ethnic culture of Quang Lam highland commune, but also have the opportunity to choose and buy goods, clean agricultural products, and typical products of the commune and localities in the district.
Quang Lam Market will contribute to exploiting and promoting the potential and strengths of the locality; mobilizing resources from organizations and individuals to promote investment, economic development, and tourism products, associated with preserving and promoting the unique traditional culture of ethnic minorities in the commune.
