Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, agreed with the proposal of the Department of Education and Training on the enrollment plan for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year, choosing English as the third subject for grade 10.
On the morning of February 19, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to the Department of Education and Training report on the enrollment plan for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year. At the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed with the proposal of the Department of Education and Training on the enrollment plan for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year in the province, similar to the previous school year. He agreed that English will be the third subject in the 10th grade entrance exam in Khanh Hoa.

In the 2025-2026 school year, Khanh Hoa province will organize admission exams for the provincial high school for ethnic minorities; Lac Long Quan high school; Nguyen Thai Binh secondary and high school (Khanh Vinh district) and Khanh Son high school (Khanh Son district). Admission exams for Le Quy Don specialized high school (Nha Trang city) and the remaining public high schools in the province.
The 2025-2026 school year is the first year of implementing admission to grade 10 high school according to the 2018 General Education Program, implementing the regulations on admission to junior high school and high school according to Circular No. 30, dated December 30, 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training. Therefore, the admission to grade 10 in Khanh Hoa province has some notable points such as: The Department of Education and Training decided to choose English as the third subject; adjust and supplement the admission method to Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, non-specialized public high schools, priority regime, incentive points, how to calculate admission points, and direct admission subjects.
