Hong Nhung at the media meeting to introduce her new project

At noon on September 24, singer Hong Nhung had a meeting with the media to share about the documentary series project "Thong dong voi Bong" and the live concert "Hong Nhung sings about Hanoi ".

Hong Nhung Stories - Leisurely with Bong is a series of realistic documentaries outlining beautiful stories told by Hong Nhung through her trips and encounters.

The first episode of the series, with the theme "Thong dong Ha Noi", is scheduled to premiere at 9:00 on September 28 on singer Hong Nhung's YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, the live concert "Hong Nhung sings about Hanoi" will take place on November 30 at Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi).

This is the first time singer Hong Nhung has organized a music night about Hanoi with songs associated with her name and Hanoi songs performed for the first time on Hong Nhung's stage.

At the media meeting, singer Hong Nhung said she clearly felt the change in herself after 2 years of living and working in France. Before that, she spent a lot of time studying in England and America. But it was only after living in France that she saw the strong and interesting changes in herself. Because the days living here, the daily contact with art forms from music , painting, cinema... helped her realize the most important thing that she needs to do right now.

It will no longer be singer Hong Nhung but artist Hong Nhung

"There will no longer be singer Hong Nhung. Instead, I will call myself artist Hong Nhung. Because an artist will be associated with a mission. It's time for me to direct all my activities towards things that are useful to society and meaningful to everyone" - Hong Nhung said.

One of the missions she said she must complete is protecting the environment. "This is something I have been doing for many years and will pursue until the end of my life, until I die," Hong Nhung said.

And Hong Nhung's future music projects will also be closely linked to the mission she pursues. They are not simply the usual music products as before, but instead, they are topics about community and society.

"I also write many songs. Now Hong Nhung can not only sing but also compose, dance, etc. In her new chapter, everyone will see a different Hong Nhung. An artist Hong Nhung with many meaningful things" - she added.
