This poses a safety risk.

According to Ms. Ngoc, the department's inspectors worked with Thanh Thanh Cong Lam Dong Tourism Joint Stock Company (investor of Dalat Valley of Love). The investor admitted some errors in management at the glass-bottom bridge.

After working, the authorities requested the investor to conduct a comprehensive review, assess risks, and warn of possible situations that may occur to sightseeing activities in the tourist area in general and on the glass bridge in particular, especially when the number of visitors increases suddenly.

The authorities also requested the investor to ensure the number of visitors is in accordance with the permitted weight of the Ngan Thong glass bridge; at the same time, arrange staff to supervise and arrange the flow of visitors to the glass bridge, ensuring aesthetics and absolute safety.

In particular, it is necessary to periodically report on safety work to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province.
