Contributing to that success, we cannot fail to mention the examples of workers who have actively promoted initiatives, technical improvements, production rationalization, and applied advances in information technology to new solutions in the management and operation of the power grid system. Being present at the construction site of the 500kV line circuit 3, Quang Trach - Quynh Luu section, to witness the workers struggling and toiling to install each crossbar and brace of the power poles over 80m high located on the majestic and windy Hoanh Son range, I had the opportunity to meet the director who is passionate about research and has many initiatives and innovations in the management and operation of the power transmission grid - engineer Nguyen Sy Thang - Director of Ha Tinh Power Transmission (TTD), Power Transmission Company 1 (PTC1).
Talking about his initiatives, engineer Nguyen Sy Thang smiled and said: “ If you love your job, you will work enthusiastically and seek new things and new ways to solve problems that arise during the performance of your tasks. ”
Engineer Nguyen Sy Thang is known as the "innovation expert" of PTC1 when many of his initiatives have been successfully applied in the management and operation of the national power transmission grid, the initiatives have brought benefits from tens of millions to tens of billions of VND to the electricity industry and the country.
