2nd session of the 10th Provincial People's Council: Delegates focused on discussing many important contents

Continuing the working program at the 2nd Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council, on July 30, Provincial People's Council delegates continued to discuss many important contents.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council delivered a concluding speech at the discussion session.

Reporting at the meeting, through group discussions, 26/26 Provincial People's Council delegations held a meeting to discuss documents submitted to the 2nd Session with 131 opinions. The majority of opinions agreed with the reports of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Committees and the law enforcement agencies, and the draft Resolution submissions submitted at the meeting.

During the meeting, delegates focused on discussing many related opinions on surveying the quantity and assessing the quality of enterprises exporting to the US market; resolving policies and support regimes for cadres, civil servants and public employees when arranging the apparatus; removing bottlenecks to soon start construction and complete Dinh Khao bridge; social housing projects; environmental pollution at landfills, etc.

Mr. Truong Dang Vinh Phuc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Finance explained and clarified issues of interest to delegates.

Delegate Nguyen Van Khiem - Unit of Delegate Group No. 10 discussed the arrangement of personnel work under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Central Party Secretariat.

Concluding the discussion session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Minh Dung accepted the solutions that delegates were interested in and contributed at the session so that when considering and approving the session's contents as well as the direction, administration and supervision of the People's Council, People's Committee, the provincial leaders will provide flexible and creative direction to contribute to improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of the provincial and communal governments in the coming time.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Minh Dung requested the Provincial People's Committee to absorb the opinions of the delegates and have specific solutions to continue to resolve groups of issues related to environmental pollution at landfills; upgrading and repairing key traffic works passing through the province... At the same time, remove difficulties and obstacles according to the authority for the activities of local governments at 2 levels.
