Ho Chi Minh City: A man driving a 7-seat car crashed into the back of a motorbike carrying two young men carrying sacks containing many dogs and electric shock equipment in District 12 on October 18.

At around 7am, two young men carrying sacks stopped in front of house number 49, Tan Thoi Nhat 17 Street, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward. When the car stopped, the person sitting in the back got out, threw a dog tied around its neck onto the street, and kicked it hard.

At this time, a car driven by a man from behind crashed into the back of the motorbike. The two young men fell and tried to run away, but the car turned around and continued to chase them. At the scene, a motorbike was left behind along with a sack containing nearly ten dogs and electric batons. The incident lasted about a minute and was recorded by a camera at a resident's house.

Mr. Tuan, who parked his truck at the scene of the incident, said that after the crash, the car driver got out and chased the two young men but was unsuccessful. The car was damaged in the front, and the motorbike was smashed after the two collisions.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Lam, Chairman of Tan Thoi Nhat Ward People's Committee, said that according to initial investigation, two people on motorbikes stole dogs from many apartments in the area. The car driver, who lives in a nearby apartment, had been following them. The case is under investigation by the police.
