Field survey of proposed locations for building primary and secondary boarding schools in border communes

On August 6, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan conducted a field survey and inspection of the proposed location for the construction of a primary and secondary boarding school in the land border communes of Hung Son, Tay Giang and Avuong.

According to reports from Hung Son, Tay Giang and Avuong communes, up to now, localities have surveyed the proposed location for the construction of a primary and secondary boarding school, ensuring space for classrooms, dormitories, dining halls, multi-purpose halls, sports fields, auxiliary works and green space.

On the basis of renovating, upgrading and expanding the area of the old school and commune headquarters, the location chosen to build the Primary - Secondary Boarding School is quite favorable, stable in terms of geology, ensuring infrastructure provision, as well as security and order in the area...

At the survey sites, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested localities to take advantage of the sunny weather and increase the number of workers to speed up the implementation progress, ensuring compliance with the general plan. At the same time, he requested commune leaders to assign staff to regularly monitor the implementation process and create daily diaries to have a basis for monitoring.

Comrade Tran Anh Tuan emphasized that the biggest goal in the process of operating the new school is to ensure the safety of the learning and living place for teachers and students, especially in the event of unusual natural disasters.

In addition to handing over the site to ensure geological safety, local authorities urgently coordinate with relevant units on documents and procedures to soon deploy and complete the inter-level school project according to the Central Government's policy...
