The theme of Vietnam STEM Festival 2023 is "Vietnam, breaking through to new heights". Main activities include: national STEM competitions such as rocket launching competition, robot competition; STEM seminars and forums; exhibitions and display spaces promoting STEM; STEM experience and challenge activities; local STEM activities...

According to Mr. Le Xuan Dinh, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Le Xuan Dinh, in the context of digital transformation being an inevitable trend and a direct solution to improve capacity and competitive advantage, the interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary approach through STEM education can be considered a suitable approach to improve knowledge and skills on digital transformation for young people, and needs to be further promoted in the coming time.

This year's theme, "Vietnam Breaks Through the Sky", affirms the strong internal strength of STEM education in Vietnam, thereby encouraging teachers and students across the country on their journey to seek and expand scientific knowledge in the new context.

The National STEM Festival was first held in 2015 and has since become an annual event. The purpose of the event is to spread, motivate, and encourage students’ passion for learning, scientific research, technology, and creativity.
