With the viewpoint of thoroughly resolving the recommendations and complaints from the people, at the reception, Party Central Committee member, City Party Secretary, People's Council Chairman, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation Le Truong Luu listened to and received opinions from citizens in a spirit of frank exchange.
