According to the report of MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Phu Ha New Urban Area project has completed 100% of site clearance; the technical infrastructure system has been implemented, reaching over 90%, and is expected to complete the entire project infrastructure by November 2024. For the construction project on land, including 65 adjacent commercial houses, the documents are being completed and construction will begin in the first quarter of 2025. MK Central City social housing area is pouring concrete on the 2nd floor, the volume is about 20% of the total project. Up to now, the project has basically ensured progress according to the approved plan.
The investor unit proposed that the Provincial People's Committee soon approve specific land prices for investors to fulfill their financial obligations. Direct relevant sectors and units to urgently organize inspections of the acceptance of completed items of the social housing project, acceptance of completed technical infrastructure systems of the project to organize handover and put into use according to plan.

Through the inspection of the progress of the Phu Ha New Urban Area project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the investment determination of the project owner, the synchronous participation and support of the sectors, especially the People's Committee of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City in ensuring the rapid progress of site clearance, creating social products in need, especially social housing; contributing to creating a modern and spacious urban appearance. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also directed relevant sectors and units to promptly complete and promulgate specific land prices to calculate land use fees for the project as a basis for investors to fulfill their financial obligations to state agencies before organizing the acceptance of completion and putting into use the technical infrastructure works. For MK Central City social housing, the Department of Construction is requested to urgently organize an inspection of the acceptance of completion of underground and foundation items of the project and procedures related to the work of meeting the sales conditions of the project. At the same time, guide and organize the acceptance of the completion of the project's technical infrastructure system to organize the handover and put it into use according to plan. Strive to complete social housing before October 2025 to serve as a project to welcome the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Congress, considering this a model project to be replicated in the coming time.
