Vietnamese leaders send congratulatory messages to US President

  On the occasion of Mr. Donald John Trump being elected President of the United States of America, on November 7, 2024, General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent congratulatory messages.

The Vietnamese senior leader affirmed that Vietnam considers the United States a partner of strategic importance and believes that with the solid foundation built by many generations of leaders of the two countries over the past three decades, and with the strong support of President Trump in his first term as well as the new term, the Vietnam-US Comprehensive Strategic Partnership will continue to develop deeply, effectively, and sustainably, for the interests and aspirations of the people of the two countries and for peace , stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.

On the same day, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan also sent a congratulatory message to Vice President-elect James David Vance./.
