On the first day of Spring Quy Mao 2023, on all islands of Truong Sa archipelago (Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa ), the authorities and commanders of units held flag-raising ceremonies to welcome the new spring, opening a series of activities "Celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring".
Attending the flag-raising ceremony, in addition to the island defense force of Brigade 146 (Naval Region 4) and the people, there were also agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense on duty on the islands.
