Fire Up 2022 Press and Media Awards Ceremony

The 2022 - 2023 Press - Media Award was officially launched on October 29, 2022 with 4 Award categories, including: Category 1: Multi-platform press works and products; Category 2: Media products; Category 3: Press - media projects; Category 4: Press - media protecting the Party's ideological foundation. After one year of launching, the contest has received 350 press and media works, products and projects.

Through the preliminary round, the Jury selected 40 excellent entries to enter the final round, from which 16 best works, products and projects were selected for awards. Of these, 31 entries were from high school students from specialized and public schools in many localities across the country... That has shown the spread of the Lighting Journalism - Media Award to young people, especially students who have a passion and love for journalism - media.

The Organizing Committee awarded 4 Impressive Awards including: Best Content Idea Award, Most Impressive Design Idea Award, Most Inspiring Journalism - Media Project, Product Award, Best Interactive Journalism - Media Project, Product Award.

The total value of the Prize is up to 136 million VND, with 4 A Prizes each worth 10 million VND; 4 B Prizes each worth 9 million VND; 4 C Prizes each worth 8 million VND; 4 Impressive Prizes including: Best Content Idea Prize, Most Impressive Design Idea Prize, Most Inspiring Journalism - Media Project, Product Prize, Best Interactive Journalism - Media Project, Product Prize; each prize worth 7 million VND.

The Fire Up Journalism and Media Award 2022-2023 is an annual competition organized by the Institute of Journalism - Academy of Journalism and Communication in coordination with agencies including: Professional Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association ; People's Army Newspaper; Economic & Urban Newspaper; Youth Union of Vietnam News Agency...

The Fire Up Journalism and Media Award 2022-2023 is also a healthy playground for young people passionate about journalism and media across the country, a red address that contributes to discovering and nurturing journalism and media talents in society.

Part 2 of the ceremony is the "FIRE UP 2023 - STELLAROUS" freshman welcome program, this is an annual program to welcome new students of the Institute of Journalism. With a series of accompanying events, the program helps first-year students have an overview of the path they have chosen, adding motivation to pursue their dreams and passions.
