On the morning of August 17, the Literature and Arts Association held a meeting to report on the progress of implementing Plan No. 48/KH-CTKV-NA of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and the Provincial Literature and Arts Association on organizing the 25th Red River Delta Art Photography Festival in 2023.

The 25th Red River Delta Art Photography Festival in 2023 with the theme "Red River Delta Culture - A Place of Convergence and Development" attracted 1,912 works by 281 authors from 9 provinces and cities in the region: Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh , Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh. Of which, Thai Binh province has 37 authors sending 248 works to the festival including 230 single photos and 18 photo sets. The works participating in the festival all reflect the traditional cultural values and socio-economic development achievements of the provinces and cities in the region.
This is an opportunity for the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists to coordinate with localities to promote the movement of creating artistic photographs, serving well the political tasks and cultural and spiritual life of the people; creating conditions for artists and authors to display and introduce their works to the public who love the art of photography.
The festival will open on August 29 and run through September 5.
