According to Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tu Thoan, Deputy Political Commissar of Brigade 172: This is a practical and meaningful activity in the program of the Navy as a support for people to go offshore and stick to the sea and the program of the Navy sponsoring fishermen's children in Brigade 172. The activity takes place before the new school year, contributing to supporting the families of students as well as encouraging and cheering them on to try to be good and study well. Thereby contributing to strengthening the relationship between the army and the people in the area, strengthening and building an increasingly strong position of people's hearts at sea, contributing to firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
