Vietnamese stir-fried crab vermicelli is honored by famous culinary magazine

Stir-fried crab vermicelli is the only Vietnamese representative to appear in the list of the world's best crab dishes voted by the famous culinary website Taste Atlas.

Ranked 26th on the list, crab stir-fried vermicelli is Taste Atlas described as "traditional Vietnamese dish".

The dish is loved for its unique flavor, combining fresh, sweet crab meat and chewy vermicelli. Other ingredients of crab stir-fried vermicelli include wood ear mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, onions, shallots, garlic, herbs, etc. All are stir-fried in a large pan, adding spices to taste.

Once finished, the dish is garnished with crab meat, green onions, and coriander. Stir-fried vermicelli with crab is often found in restaurants but is also made at home by Vietnamese people on special occasions.

Established in 2015, Taste Atlas (headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia) is known as a map of traditional dishes from around the world.

According to Matija Babić, founder Taste Atlas, The food and beverage rankings are based on opinions and reviews from food experts and critics to ensure the reliability of the awards.
