(NLDO) – After receiving the prize of nearly 149 billion VND from Vietlott lottery, Mr. P. donated 1 billion VND to Tam Tai Viet Fund to carry out social security activities in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the Jackpot 1 award ceremony, Mr. P. said he is a freelancer and lives in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.

On November 11, Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) held an award ceremony for the winner of Jackpot 1, worth nearly 149 billion VND of Power 6/55 lottery, drawn on October 26.

This is the third largest Jackpot 1 prize since the beginning of 2024. The lucky lottery ticket with the number sequence 05-19-27-29-42-47, worth 10,000 VND, was purchased by Mr. P. at a Vietlott point of sale on Hoa Binh Street, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

At the Jackpot 1 award ceremony, Mr. P. said he is a freelancer and lives in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.

"Buying Vietlott lottery tickets is a form of entertainment after a week of work. I usually buy tickets for about 20,000 - 30,000 VND each time and have maintained this habit for over 8 years. The last time, I only spent 20,000 VND to buy 2 Vietlott tickets selected by the machine. Of which, 1 lucky ticket won Jackpot 1 prize" - Mr. P. revealed.

According to regulations, Mr. P. paid personal income tax of nearly 15 billion VND and was deducted immediately upon receiving the bonus.

With the spirit of social responsibility of a Vietlott player, Mr. P. donated 1 billion VND to the Tam Tai Viet Fund to carry out social security activities in Ho Chi Minh City.
