According to Mr. Svyrydenko, more than 50% of Ukraine's energy infrastructure has been affected in the conflict with Russia.

Meanwhile, the commander of the Ukrainian air force said that Kiev has shared with its US partners preliminary information about the first F-16 plane crash in the country.

Ukraine has received 10 F-16 fighter jets out of a total of 79 that the West pledged to provide to Kiev.

It is expected that by the end of this year, Ukraine will receive 10 more aircraft, bringing the total number of F-16 aircraft owned by the country to 20.
