Quang noodles lead the top 100 best dishes in Vietnam according to Taste Atlas

According to Taste Atlas, Quang noodles is a typical dish associated with the people of Quang Nam . This is also a favorite dish of many people in Vietnam.

Diners can eat Quang noodles with shrimp, meat, eggs, eel, chicken, beef, frog, snakehead fish... with sweet and salty broth depending on where it is prepared and raw vegetables such as basil, cabbage, lettuce... In addition, this dish is often eaten with rice paper and peanuts.

Other dishes that made it into the top 10 according to Taste Atlas include: meatloaf, Southern beef noodle soup, shaking beef, shrimp rolls, beef pho, beef stew, dipping sauce, spring rolls and Hue beef noodle soup.

In the list of 100 delicious Vietnamese dishes suggested by Taste Atlas, a typical dish of Hoi An, Cao Lau, is ranked 49th.

Previously, in March 2024, Taste Atlas also listed Quang noodles in the top 100 best dishes in Southeast Asia.
