Organize well the "Digital Education for All" movement for general education, connect education sector data with the national population data system to modernize management and improve teaching quality.

In particular, focus on increasing the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data in management and teaching. Exploiting and effectively using AI to support career counseling, personalize learning, identify students in need of support, and evaluate policies to contribute to improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of school management.
Ban on forcing students to buy reference books
Along with the requirement to prepare teaching conditions, provide enough textbooks before the new school year, continue to tighten the management of extra teaching and learning, the Ministry of Education and Training requires the Departments of Education and Training and schools to manage publications brought into schools. Absolutely do not force or mobilize students or parents to buy books and reference materials. At the same time, strengthen the management of organizing and participating in exams and competitions to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
