(Dan Tri) - Dong Cuong Ward Police, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province are verifying and clarifying the case of a 10th grade male student being beaten by a friend and lying on the ground.
On the afternoon of December 18, the leader of Thanh Hoa Industrial College said that the Dong Cuong Ward Police, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, is investigating the case of a 10th grade male student of the school being beaten by a friend.
"Both male students are 10th graders at the school. The incident happened on December 17, we have invited the parents of the two students to come and work. The incident is being verified and clarified by the Dong Cuong Ward Police Department," the leader informed.

Previously, a clip was circulated on social media recording a scene where a male student was walking in the schoolyard when a friend blocked his way, punched him in the face, and kicked him in the stomach. The incident only stopped when the male student collapsed to the ground.
At the time of the incident, many other students witnessed it but no one intervened. The clip was posted and caused public outrage, many people said that the male student's actions were school violence and needed to be dealt with severely.
