(NLDO)-Suspecting that young man Q. had a love affair with his cousin, Thinh angrily beat him repeatedly.


On March 23, Long Thanh Town Police (Long Thanh District, Dong Nai ) are consolidating the case file to handle the assault case of Mr. PNQ (born 2008, residing in Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City).

Previously, a video recording a young man being assaulted in front of a rice and beef noodle shop “next to the oil garden” went viral on social media. During the investigation, Long Thanh Town Police identified the suspect.

Initial investigation determined that the victim was PNQ and the attacker was Phung Dat Thinh (born in 1994, residing in Phuoc Hai area, Long Thanh town).

Because he suspected Q. of having a love affair with his cousin, Thinh was angry and went to the restaurant where Q. was sitting. Then, he called Q. out and attacked her repeatedly in front of many witnesses.
