Ho Chi Minh City National University has just held a launching ceremony for the program "Resolution No. 57: From vision to implementation of the State-school-enterprise cooperation model" in Ho Chi Minh City. The program aims to effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, while linking with Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development based on the "3-house" cooperation model.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Binu Jacob - General Director of Nestlé Vietnam - said that when he heard about the "3-house" cooperation model, he realized that this is exactly what Nestlé has been doing for decades. According to Mr. Binu Jacob, Nestlé believes in the concept of creating common value, bringing benefits to all parties, including schools, farmers, society, and businesses. Mr. Binu Jacob affirmed that Nestlé Vietnam is committed to accompanying and supporting the Government in the "3-house" model.
Mr. Binu Jacob emphasized that Nestlé believes in the power of youth, innovation and digital transformation. That is why more than 12 years ago, Nestlé established the "Nestlé Needs YOUth" program, an initiative to continuously upgrade and update the skills of young workers to be ready to participate in a dynamic world on a global scale. "In the past year alone, Nestlé has impacted 25,000 Vietnamese youth through training, exchanges, consultations and leadership training programs for young leaders," said Mr. Binu Jacob.
In addition, the General Director of Nestlé Vietnam also said that many young people participating in the "Nestlé Needs YOUth" program come from member schools of Ho Chi Minh City National University, especially Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, International University and University of Economics and Law...

At the program, the General Director of Nestlé Vietnam signed a cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City National University in many fields. Accordingly, Nestlé Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City National University will coordinate to implement many practical initiatives to train, develop and connect young talents. These activities help students equip themselves with essential skills to quickly adapt to the modern working environment. In addition, Ho Chi Minh City National University students will have the opportunity to participate in Nestlé's recruitment, training and development programs for young talents, expanding career opportunities, affirming personal capacity and creating a solid foundation for their future career journey.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Luu Quang - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee - said that the launch of the "3-house" cooperation model by Ho Chi Minh City National University with the enthusiastic participation of the business community, local leaders, scientists... is an activity to "keep the fire burning" so that Resolution 57 can come into life.
According to Mr. Tran Luu Quang, agencies need to boldly cut 50% of the time, conditions, and procedures in the field of "3-house" association, and there may even be a "separate lane" such as priority vehicles for this. Regarding enterprises, Mr. Tran Luu Quang emphasized the central role and hoped that enterprises and businessmen would be "more willing to play" in the "3-house" association model.
