From April 15, 2024, MB officially and successfully deployed the dynamic QR Code feature at GMD ASL Port with the desire to bring a more convenient payment experience to customers.
On the Port's software, the Customer registers for service orders (Container Delivery, Container Unloading, Packing, Cargo Withdrawal, and other service orders, etc.). At the payment step, the Customer chooses the payment method using QR code - MB to pay for the newly created order. The dynamic QR Code is generated by the system for each payment order, the customer does not need to fill in transaction information including amount, content and account number. This helps the payment process become faster, bringing convenience and increasing the customer experience. After the customer successfully pays, MB will record the amount and report detailed transaction information to the Port's software. From there, the payment process at GMD ASL Port is fully automated and only needs to be managed through the Port's software. The Port's accountant does not need to manually mark transactions because MB has provided a tool for the Port's accountant to track and automatically reconcile transactions with payment orders at the Port.
